How to cook perogies

1. Put frozen perogies into the rolling boiling water. For the pack of 50 pieces take 4 liters or more.

2. Stir them periodically to make sure that nothing sticks to the bottom

3. In 7 - 10 minutes perogies come atop. Since that moment boil them 3 minutes for non-meat or 5 minutes for meat ones.

4. Drain water. Perogies are ready. Serve them soft with sauces, or if you want, fry them on the frying pan with onion  one minute each side and then serve. Use vegetable oil, butter or bacon fat.
