Most of our items comes from Toronto's wholesalers and Ontario factories on weekly basis. Although all efforts have been made to maintain our selection in stock, we cannot guarantee that everything will be available 365 days a year (due to the overseas transportation and customs procedures) Sometimes the manufacturer changes the line of products and old brands disappear, but we have the same product with the same taste under different brand (for example Kvass). That's why every order will be confirmed when done - you'll receive an confirmation email.

• STORE PICK-UPS
  

We encourage you to visit our store first and to try our in-store made food and products that we sell.

We provide samples of our cold cuts, sweets in bulk, prepared food, drinks. (We don't open cans or packs though). A thousand words won't tell you more about food than one bite of schinken or sip of our borsch. So come over and see, touch, smell, try whatever you want and make sure that your future orders will bring you exactly what you expect.

Ready orders will be held for pick up for a week, except only perishable items. If you order sliced ham or bologna, freshly cooked crepes or cabbage rolls, smoked mackerel etc, please pick it up within 2 days, otherwise those items will be put on sale. If the order consists of frozen items (for instance perogies) it's OK to keep it longer.

You pay at the time of pick-up.  No online payment or deposit required.

• SHIPPING

We ship souvenirs and media worldwide by Canada Post.
We ship dry packed food within Canada by Canada Post. Examples - sweets, spices, canned fish in metal cans. WE DON'T SHIP FROZEN OR FRESH FOOD, sorry.
You will be charge for ACTUAL shipping costs. The invoice doesn't include shipping, so after receiving your order we will send you the total with shipping included.

You can pay for mailing order by cheque or using PayPal. 
In the first case items will be shipped after clearing the cheque. If you choose to pay online, you can click on the link in our email which takes you directly to the PayPal page. There you can pay with your credit card.

• DELIVERY

We plan to deliver orders within Dundas, Hamilton, Ancaster.  For the beginning there will be one day in a week (we consider Thursday or Friday), in evening hours. We will announce the start of this service later.
